According to goal.com Inter legend Mazzola claims that Mourinho will get the boot if Inter fail to qualify for the last 16 in Uefa Champions League.

In my own opinion I don’t think Mourinho will have to leave the club if Inter fails to qualify. It’s true that Mourinho hasn’t met the expectations laid upon him, but he has far from failed to outperform Roberto Mancini, who was very successful. Considering this, alongside the confidence Moratti have shown towards Mouinho it’s unlikely that he’ll get sacked anytime soon.

Personally i believe the absence of Wesley Sneijder is the real reason for Mourinhos failures. The dutchman have become a vital part of the Inter team. Without him the team is crippled and fails to play  it’s own game. Inter need reinforcements in the attacking midfield. We all love Dejan Stankovic but his skills isn’t utilized as trequartista. Will we see reinforcements in January?
