Inter v Bremen 4-0
For the first time since he joined Inter, Rafa Benitez suprised me by making, not only interesting and fun, but strategically clever substitutions. Beyond this, he managed to balance the team well considering our injuries. For the first time I dont worry about Benitez but something tells me this will soon change. Remember, Werder was severely affected by key injuries.
On another note, I dont...
WTF Benitez?!
If anyone thought he made wierd substitutions in Liverpool, he/she should see him now. Can he for f*ck sake stop subbing Milito for Muntari!

Campione d'Italia
5th consecutive scudetto, 18th total. Inter is the third team in the History of Serie A to win five consecutive scudetto, but the only team to do so in modern italian football. Forza Inter per sempre!
After a nerve-wracking match where Inter failed to score in the first halv, but Roma manages to score two goals before halftime through Vucinic and De Rossi. With 45 minutes left of the season,...

Inter: Campioni della Coppa Italia
First trophy down, two to go, and a whole lot more on the horizon. To quote Mourinho “Inter have now made the step up” and indeed they have. Inter is among the really big teams and has proved italian football is among the best in the world. Skeptics can no longer say italian football is below english or spanish football. Inter is back on the big scene, and well deserved it is indeed,...

Inter v Atalanta 3-1
Very entertaining game. Inter fell behind in the 5th minute after Titibocci’s early opener. Milito responded by skillfully lobbing the ball over the Atalanta goalkeeper. Both Chivu and Mariga scored their first goal in the nerazurri shirt. First goal for Chivu in 4 years. Congratulations Chivu! Arnautovic was subbed in the 80th minute and made a promising impression.

UCL 1st Leg Semi-Finals Inter v Barça 3-1
The Nerazurri played well, not Barça playing poorly. Inter dominated the game until the last quarter of the game when they fell back into a “classical” Italian defensive position, which allowed the Blaugrana to play their game. Speaking about allowance, Barçelona wasn’t allowed to play their game and the sole reason for this is Inters defensive play. What a performance! Inter...
Moratti Responds to Calciopoli Accusations
“I think this statement has come from external pressure from the fans. If all this came from Juventus and their directors then it would be a way of not accepting responsibility. We need to understand the damage that has been done because it’s always easy to blame fans. I have not had a clear thought on all of this, but I can say that it is absurd,” Moratti told La Repubblica.
Inter has Nothing to Fear From "Reopened"...
It’s a looong story but in recent weeks “new” evidence suggesting Inter was involved in Calciopoli have emerged, at least according to some. According to professor Roberto Pardolesi nothing new have emerged and Inter has nothing to fear. Initial hearings will take place April 13 and a decision wether the investigation should again be opened.
To be continued…

AC Milan was held at the San Siro against Napoli. This means that Inter is still on top of the table despite the saturday 1-1 result against Palermo.

Tonights Probable XI
Cesar; Maicon, Lucio, Samuel, Zanetti; Stancovic, Cambiasso, Sneijder, Motta; Etóo, Milito
There aren’t much doubt. McDonald Mariga might substitute Motta or Mourinho will play a 4-3-3 with Pandev on attack and Motta will be put on the bench. Don’t think so, but it’s an alternative. Ballotelli can be substituted for Il Cucho or Stancovic if we need more in attack.
It’s...

Cambiasso “… reportedly tried to punch a Sampdoria player on his way to the dressing room at half-time…” Doesn’t sound like Cambiasso, and is almost definitely not true.
Well, it seems the handcuff gesture was accurate! Lega Calcio f*cking...
22/2 2010 Pre Chelsea Clash Training
Inter started todays training with a 90 min training session at Appiano Gentile. After a short warmup a few technical and tactical exercises were undertaken, closely watched by Mourinho. Chivu, Materazzi and Santon had separate workouts whilst Julio Cesar was given the day off due to a automobile accident. Information concerning the accident seems limited but more info will hopefully reach us...

Muntari, Inter material or not?
Muntari came to inter as the “best” alternative when Mourinho failed to persuade Lampard (rather failed to persuade his wife according to rumors) to join the nerazurri. In my opinion, he haven’t proven his worth for the team, except as a benchwarmer. The only thing he’s really good at is loosing possession. Mariga already looks like a better alternative than the Ghana...
Napoli v Inter 0-0
Inter was held away at the San Paolo, as usual. Napoli opened pretty strong and the first half belonged to the home side. Unfortunately for us interisti, Rosetti missed a hand boll by Aroninca in the penalty area. Should have been a penalty…
Inter came back in the second half but failed at scoring a winning goal. Inter didn’t look as good as the last few games, but it was a tough game....
Inter Beat Cagliari 3-0
Inter started off at a high pace. Only after 6 minutes Go-Go-Goran Pandev scored after some fumbling in Cagliari defence. Second goal came in the 20th minutes by a header by Walter Samuel. The corner was taken by Maicon. Cagliari did score in the 34th but it was wrongly disallowed for an offside call by the linesman. The third and final goal came from Militos right foot in the 2nd minute of the...

Derby della Madonnina Inter v Milan 2-0
The battle for the Scuddetto is won… almost anyway! 9 points ahead of A.C. Milan with one more game played. It was a wonderful game. Inter managed to outplay the rossoneri with two less players on the pitch. Sneijder and Lucio was given red cards and was forced off the pitch. I’l Principe and Pandev(fk) goal scorers. Seems like Etoó will have to fight to keep his spot in the attack....

Viera Signs 6 Months for Machester City
Well, now its official. Viera joins Machester City on a six month deal. Viera have been offered little time on the pitch, and wishes to play in the World Cup. The best for him to do this is by getting more time on the pitch, something that is offered in Machester City.
Viera have done great things for the Nerazurri, and I wish him the best of luck in Manchester. I’m grateful, though, for...
Campione d’Inverno!! Chievo v Inter 0-1
After a somewhat slow match full of controversy, where most of the game took place in the midfield Inter stood tall and was rewarded 3 points after beating Chievo away with 0-1. Nine yellow cards rewarded, Chivu injured(?), Pandev and Arnautovic made their debut. A typical Pazza Inter game!
Now lets hope for further winnings and an 18th scuddetto!
Chievo v Inter
Going to be a very interesting game. If Inter win they can claim themselves Campione d’Inverno, reformulated: Winter Champions. Unfortunately we’re missing some key players. Stancovic and Motta are suspended, Etoó is currently unavailable since he’s in Africa. Cambiasso missed yesterdays training session due to a problem with his thigh.
Balotelli will most probably have to move...

Pandev Free From SS Lazio
Looks like Goran Pandev will be joining Inter in January. Since his contract is broken he can go to Inter as a free transfer, which suits mr Moratti perfectly since he doesn’t want to open his checkbook for the January tranfer window. Pandev also want to stay in Italy and where to go if not to the italian champions Inter! 85% Pandev joins Inter in January.

Atalanta v Inter 1-1
Inter started fairly slowly allowing Atalanta go get a few promising chances in the opening minutes. In the 15th minute Diego Alberto “il principe” Milito scored his 10th goal of the season after a beautiful assist by Sneijder. Sneijder was sent off after a second yellow card in the 64th minute. He did however play a good game and shot a great diving freekick sadly bouncing of the...

Sneijder Expected To Return Against Rubin Kazan
The medical team is expecting Wesley Sneijder to return to this midweek match against Rubin Kazan. Sneijder has recovered from his thigh injury that kept him off the pitch since November 8th.
With Sneijder back I’m having a hard time imagining anything else but a victory at the San Siro against the russian champions Rubin Kazan.
Forza Inter!
Sandro Mazzola - Jose Mourinho Will Get The Sack...
According to goal.com Inter legend Mazzola claims that Mourinho will get the boot if Inter fail to qualify for the last 16 in Uefa Champions League.
In my own opinion I don’t think Mourinho will have to leave the club if Inter fails to qualify. It’s true that Mourinho hasn’t met the expectations laid upon him, but he has far from failed to outperform Roberto Mancini, who was...
